Meet Our Clinician
Noncedo Memani is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 21 years of specialised experience in nephrology and dialysis nursing, dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate and patient-centred renal healthcare. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in the management of patients with chronic and acute kidney conditions, with a strong focus on comprehensive dialysis care and improving patients' quality of life.
Noncedo specialises in assisted home haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, acute haemodialysis and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapies (CRRT). Her clinical experience enables her to provide personalised care across a broad range of renal patients, including those requiring long-term dialysis support, acute renal replacement therapy and specialised home-based treatment.
A key area of her practice is assisted home haemodialysis, where she supports patients who may require dialysis in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. She is committed to ensuring that home-based dialysis is delivered safely and effectively while taking into consideration each patient's clinical needs, home environment, functional abilities and overall wellbeing.
Her expertise in acute haemodialysis and CRRT allows her to provide specialised renal replacement therapy to critically ill and medically complex patients. She works collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure appropriate treatment planning, close patient monitoring and continuity of care.
