DETAILED services
ASSISTED HOME HEMODIALYSIS
We offer assisted home hemodialysis also known as AHHD to patients in need and qualifying for the service. (AHHD) is an evolving care model where hemodialysis is performed in the patient's home with the support of a trained clinician. assisted hemodialysis integrates professional or structured helper support. This bridges the gap for elderly, frail, or cognitively impaired individuals who want the comfort of home treatment but cannot manage it independently.
ACUTE DIALYSIS SERVICES
We offer Acute dialysis services, provide short-term, life-saving kidney replacement therapy for patients experiencing a sudden loss of kidney function. Unlike chronic dialysis—which is an ongoing, long-term treatment for irreversible end-stage renal disease—acute dialysis is typically administered in a hospital setting to stabilize critically ill patients until their kidneys can recover.
HOLIDAY DIALYSIS
We accept and assist with administration for Holiday/ Vacation Dialysis. patients with chronic kidney disease can travel for leisure or work without interrupting their life-sustaining treatments. Receiving regular dialysis three times a week does not mean you cannot travel; major improvements in global medical networks have made it highly feasible. The requirements and planning steps depend entirely on the type of treatment you receive.
PERITONEAL DIALYSIS
Peritoneal dialysis (PD) is a needle-free, at-home treatment for kidney failure. Unlike hemodialysis, which filters blood outside the body using a machine, peritoneal dialysis uses the natural lining of your abdomen (the peritoneum) as a filter to clean your blood while it is still inside your body.
COMMUNITY WELLNESS
Our Community Wellness programme shift the focus from isolated medical treatments to proactive, collective support systems. Because chronic kidney disease (CKD) is often a "silent" condition with few early symptoms; we tailor a community-led education, peer mentorship, and accessible digital wellness networks to play a vital role in prevention and early detection of kidney disease.
PATIENT SUPPORT & EDUCATION
Managing Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) requires an integrated approach that pairs medical treatment with comprehensive patient education and robust emotional support. Because CKD is a progressive condition often called a "silent killer" due to its lack of early symptoms, empowering patients to become active partners in their own care significantly improves clinical outcomes, slows disease progression, and enhances quality of life.
